Jaguar XE will use lightweight aluminum architecture

If you went to the Geneva motor show, you would find out that BMW 3-series-fighter is not there. Yes, it will debut at 2015. One of the main selling points is its lightweight aluminum architecture, a concept brought by Jaguar at last year’s Frankfurt motor show on its C-X17. Jaguar said that it will not just copy and past the concept from C-X17 to the new model.

Hood and grille are almost identical. The rear deck is pretty short. New and identical high-output, fuel-efficient petrol and diesel engines will be used in it. According to Jaguar the new engine includes a pair of 2.0-liter four-cylinders which will develop over 186 mph.

The new model are expected to be on sale globally in mid-2015.Jaguar XE will use lightweight aluminum architectureJaguar XE will use lightweight aluminum architecture 01Jaguar XE will use lightweight aluminum architecture 02Jaguar XE will use lightweight aluminum architecture 03
